Bellotti Ezio at the forefront of Salone del Mobile.Milano.2026 with a double installation

Bellotti salone2026 news v2

The company once again confirms its participation in the Milanese fair with a stand entirely dedicated to its new total home collection. A story of style that is completed by a capsule collection created for the immersive installation “Aurea, an Architectural Fiction” by the studio Maison Numéro 20.

Style, elegance, charm. These are values that know neither time nor trends; rather, they create icons. It is upon these principles that Bellotti Ezio has built its design vision and on which it directs its research - through forms, materials and finishes. A design that evolves alongside the changing ways of living while remaining faithful to its origins. Within this path lie the new collections that the company previews at Salone del Mobile.Milano.

Once again, Bellotti Ezio explores the expressive potential of classical furniture, revealing its intrinsic beauty, the preciousness of every craftsmanship detail and even its ability to engage in dialogue with the contemporary world, thanks to precise material choices and softer lines.

The company expresses this vocation through a double exhibition: at its stand in Hall 13, and within the installation “Aurea, an Architectural Fiction” by Maison Numéro 20, located across Halls 13–15. Two expressions of a single soul.

CHARMING | HALL 13

Within Bellotti Ezio’s exhibition space, the second chapter of Charming takes center stage - an evolution of the collection presented last year and developed under the creative coordination of Laura Cazzaniga and Ilaria Limonta (who also designed the exhibition layout). It is an interpretation of the classical world conveyed with lightness - in both volumes and color palette - through an entirely new collection.

Soft, floral tones dominate, enriched by decorative accents that illuminate products - crafted in Louis XV and Louis XVI styles - and the various settings. This refined and gentle atmosphere flows throughout the living area, the sleeping area and culminates in the lounge space by Belmondo, Bellotti Ezio’s brand that proposes a line of modern elegance, this year enhanced by a collaboration with Studio Lapis.

The entrance, defined by a large arched portal, introduces visitors to the world of Bellotti Ezio. Guests are welcomed into an intimate corner dedicated to comfort - two Louis XVI - style armchairs in the new brushed black finish, accompanied by a small table echoing their aesthetic, invite a moment of pause before moving toward the living area.

The living space unfolds to embrace both the lounge and dining areas: acting as a unifying element is a custom wall covering in a soothing, delicate aquamarine hue.

The comfort area is spacious and generous: a composition of three Louis XV-style sofas creates the perfect conversation setting. Playing with inlays in the wooden structure, trimmings and soft upholstery, they offer an elegant interpretation of relaxation, complemented by two armchairs where the wooden frame is left visible and enhanced by a chic gold finish.

A series of coffee tables - round, square and bow - shaped - accompany them, adding functionality with decorative touches: from Calacatta Oro marble to Antigua marble, the materials contribute to a sense of preciousness, enhanced by chic gold and brushed black finishes.

The dining area continues this vision of sophisticated living. At its center stands a large round dining table. The sculptural base, finely carved and finished in brushed black and chic gold, supports a richly crafted top: concentric circles of different wood essences (eucalyptus ebony, Canaletto walnut and birch) are interspersed with refined floral-inspired inlays (in light birch, aquamarine and mother-of-pearl), creating a vibrant and deep rhythm.

Around it are arranged new upholstered armchairs that echo the wall fabric, now applied to the furnishings in seamless continuity. The living area is finally framed by a series of complementary pieces: a sideboard - another example of high cabinetmaking - featuring inlays and wood essences that recall those of the table, with antique mirrored-effect doors; and two consoles - where mirrored surfaces return on the lower shelves and tops in Calacatta Oro marble, framed by carved wooden structures in chic gold finish - paired with full-height Louis XVI-style mirrors, again in chic gold.

The space then transitions into the sleeping area - an environment of intimacy and quiet, expressed through a palette of black and aqua green. The double bed, with a fully upholstered headboard and a cloud-effect white bouclé-style covering, becomes the visual focal point of the room. Beside it, the bedside tables are distinguished by mother-of-pearl inlays, marble tops and a finish combining brushed black with chic gold.

Meanwhile, the writing desk, with its soft and graceful lines, features bronze and brass details, a leather top and a distressed lacquer finish in French tempera style, paired here with a playful pouf with a pleated skirt and bow.

The journey through this universe of style concludes with the new lounge area by BelMondo, enveloped in neutral tones. Here, the new Fold collection designed by Studio Lapis is presented: a loveseat, two armchairs and a series of tables united by bold yet sinuous lines and by the use of leather as the defining material of the upholstery.

The name of the collection encapsulates its distinctive feature: the leather covering naturally wraps the structure and resolves into the armrest with a soft fold, held in place by a metal belt. The volume of the base is counterbalanced by the slender line of the upholstered backrest, which emerges from the structure, enhancing the sense of comfort.

“Aurea, an Architectural Fiction” | HALLS 13–15

Bellotti Ezio has been selected to take part in the project “Aurea, an Architectural Fiction”, conceived by Maison Numéro 20, the interior decoration and art direction studio founded in Paris by Oscar Lucien Ono.

Here, Art Deco, surrealism, mythology, auteur cinema and orientalism intertwine in an original language, expressed through both classical references and contemporary interpretations. The installation stages an imaginative vision of a hotel: a choreography of rooms and corridors where luxury is not ostentation, but evocation and interiors become narrative.

Within this context, Bellotti Ezio’s products are featured, selected for their expressive strength and timeless character. Poufs, upholstered armchairs, a dormeuse and a night pouf enrich the scenography with a soft and enveloping allure. Distinctive elements include trimmings, meticulous textile craftsmanship and sartorial details that define the upholstery, along with refined fabrics and velvets that offer tactile sensations of harmony and sophistication. In perfect Bellotti Ezio style.
