- 9.1.4.1 – In some instances, color is used as the sole means of conveying information, indicating an action, or distinguishing an element;

- 9.2.4.7 – On some interactive elements, the focus indicator is not visible;
- 9.4.1.1 – The markup code of some web pages does not fully comply with the specifications of the language used, presenting syntax errors, duplicate attributes, or non-unique IDs;
- 9.4.1.2 – In some cases, user interface components—such as form elements, links, or script-generated components—do not correctly expose their name, role, state, properties, or values, or fail to notify assistive technologies of changes;
- 9.4.1.3 – In some cases, status messages are not programmed to be detected by assistive technologies without requiring focus changes;
